In 2012, Kim Kardashian was famously flour-bombed at an event. However, according to her former PR strategist, Sheeraz Hasan, the incident was staged as a “media moment” to boost sales for the reality star’s fragrance launch.

In a British documentary titled “The Kardashians: Billion Dollar Dynasty,” Sheeraz, who had been working with Kim since 2005, claimed that they devised a plan to gain attention for the fragrance launch. Initially, it was believed that the woman who threw the flour over Kim’s head was part of an animal rights organization protesting her use of fur.

However, Sheeraz stated that he informed the Kardashians that they would be creating a “media moment” to generate buzz for the product. The incident was also featured on the reality show “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” where Kim speculated it was the work of an anti-fur demonstrator. PETA denied involvement in the incident at the time.
